This position requires impressive Customer Service skills, a well-rounded technical background, strong business intuition, excellent communication skills, and the ability to communicate professionally at all levels of the corporate structure.The Senior Systems & Network Engineer MUSTBe Positive and provide fantastic customer service to our clients and staffStrive for Personal AccountabilityTake direction and constructive criticism with a positive “can do” attitudeCommunicate effectively utilizing various mediums, including phone, email, and a service ticketing system.Effectively document time and client IT environments, applications, and resolution steps in our document management systemCollaborate with other team members to resolve IT issues and escalate matters when neededPay attention to detail and complete tasks per defined processDesign, scope, plan, and execute complex technology projects in a professional and timely mannerEnsure all Service Level Agreement Targets are metOn a rotation basis, provide after-hours Customer Support.Travel to client sites to provide IT service if needed/ assignedLearn our company’s way of delivering world-class service to ensure alignment with our team, including our technologies, processes, and metrics for successHave a flexible attitude, be creative, and have funQUALIFICATIONSThe successful candidate must have at least 5 years of hands-on experience managing business-class network infrastructure.One or more technical certificationsTechnical Experience:Remote Experience managing/troubleshooting Microsoft server OSProficient with Entra and Active Directory administration and Group Policy managementProficient with PowerShell scriptingProficient LAN/ WAN Network Connectivity Troubleshooting ExperienceProficient in managing and configuring Hyper VProficient in configuring/troubleshooting Fortinet FirewallsProficient in configuring/troubleshooting network switching, including VLANsExperience with Backup/Disaster Recovery with DattoExperience with Datto RMM and other remote management toolsKey Soft Skills:Strong Communication SkillsAwesome Customer ServicePassionate about documentation, standards, and processLive and die by checklistsWe are an Equal Opportunity employer.
