Position: Oracle WMS Architect


Location: Houston, TX - Onsite


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Oracle WMS Solution Architect with deep expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). This role requires a hands-on professional who is ready to dive into the system, manage extensive configurations, and replicate these processes for other units. This is not a behind-the-scenes role; the ideal candidate will actively engage with the system, solving complex challenges and driving efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

System Configuration and Management:

  • Oversee and manage the setup and configuration of Oracle WMS
  • Ensure seamless integration and functionality within existing systems.
  • Maintain and optimize WMS configurations to meet high-volume, complex operational needs.


Consulting and SME Role:

  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all things related to WMS.
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance to ensure best practices and optimal use of Oracle WMS.

Project Leadership:

  • Lead WMS projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party integrators to align project goals and outcomes.
  • Take a proactive approach in troubleshooting and resolving WMS-related issues.


Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Extensive experience with Oracle WMS, with a proven track record of managing large-scale configurations.
  • Hands-on experience in a high-volume, complex operational environment, preferably within the electronics or supply chain industry.

Skills:

  • Deep understanding of WMS systems and their applications.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to lead projects and manage multiple priorities effectively.
