Title: Sales Director
Location: Harford County Maryland preferred, 1x a week in office or fully remote in the US
Base Salary: $125K - $150K
Commission target: $50K+

Role breakdown: 75% selling 25% management, will move to 50/50 as the team expands

Leads: 95% of leads are inbound via paid media, just engaged an outbound agency for leads

The Director of Growth is a player-coach and will lead a very capable and growing team of 2, managing new client relationships from inbound lead, to the proposal, all the way through to close selling Paid Search, Paid Social, Creative, SEO, CRM, Programmatic, and Analytics.
Responsibilities include:
- Pitch services to potential clients.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation through the hand-off to the media team.
- Document all communication, actions, and sales process milestones in HubSpot.
- Create sales proposals and pitch decks.
- Conduct discovery calls to establish prospective client's business and commercial objectives.
Requirements:
- BS degree or higher
- 5+ years of current sales experience in a mid-size digital marketing or advertising agency
- Currently experience selling Paid Search and Paid Social advertising.
- Ability to deliver a top-level product overview/demonstration of Paid Media Audits.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Google Ads certifications and Meta certifications huge plus
