Operations Project Manager

We are a growing construction and utilities company and tackle high profile projects throughout the entire Washington, DC area The ideal candidate would enjoy being the right-hand person to both Co-Founders and Project Management team. In this role, you will learn how to coordinate the project completion process from job start to project close out/billing.


Project Engineer

  • Assist in the development of project work plans and project schedules by studying project plans and specifications and calculating time requirements
  • Communicate project status updates consistently with project leadership and stakeholders
  • Track project quantities
  • Generate project billing data for accounting
  • Prepare and submit project deliverables
  • Develop and maintain appropriate electronic and hard copy reports and records
  • Assist in the management of submittal data


Requirements for Project Engineer

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree
  • Two years of experience in commercial general contracting experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, and Project Professional)
  • Very detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Professional attitude
  • Self-starter and decision maker
