IT Sourcing Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Establishes source of supply, negotiates price, delivery date, and other necessary commitments based upon authorized requisition/direction and complies with company policies and federal regulations (FAR, DFARS, and other agency specific regulations).
  • Assists in the preparation of procurement centered reports, data calls, and audit requests.
  • Performs Purchase Order Closeout.
  • Adheres to Supply Chain Procurement procedures to assure maintenance and administration of purchase order files that are compliant with Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR), DCMA/DCAA, and other auditing bodies guidelines/controls.


IT Sourcing Specialist Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience sourcing IT Procurement commodities (SaaS, cloud, software, AI, robotic automations, machine learning, and any other future technologies).
  • 3-5 years in the IT services or Aerospace and Defense industry.
  • 3-5 years of experience with the full cradle to grave procurement lifecycle.
  • 3-5 years of experience with overall contract negotiations and managing vendor relationships.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.
  • Willing to work on a hybrid schedule (3 in office one week, 2 days in office the next week).
