Digital Analyst

About This Role:

As a Digital Analyst at USALLIANCE, you will be responsible for researching, finding, and implementing data-based solutions to achieve marketing, digital experience, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with various stakeholders and vendors to diagnose, resolve and improve the digital experience across all channels 
• Conduct analysis that results in actionable insights and data-driven recommendations which tie back to core organizational goals
• Use those recommendations to create technical specifications, test plans, and documentation for the systems that are maintained by Digital
• Leverage data to assess and analyze member experience, marketing performance, and trends across audiences and channels to inform business strategies.
• Help to create, measure and action KPIs for Marketing and Digital Experience teams. 
• Research industry benchmarks, best practices, and internal historical trends to provide insights, communicate trends (internal and external), and become a subject matter expert.
• Champion NPS of the Digital channel
• Occasional overnights and weekends for system maintenance testing.

Who you are:

• 3+ years’ banking/financial/Fintech experience.
• Experience with data analysis and data visualization.
• Experience with Business Intelligence reporting tools.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong technical skills.
• Creating technical specifications, test plans, and documentation.
• Ability to work independently, be proactive, and lead others.
• Experience with HubSpot or other CMS platforms preferred.
• Experience with SQL a plus.
