Title: InfoSphere MDM Consultant

Location: Detroit, MI (Hybrid)

Duration: 3-6 months Contract to Hire

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled InfoSphere MDM Consultant to a critical role in managing and optimizing master data processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting IBM InfoSphere MDM applications, implementing Reference Data Management (RDM) solutions, and contributing to the roadmap for future enhancements. The consultant will also evaluate and recommend tools, ensuring the organization maintains a robust and scalable data management environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Provide support for existing IBM InfoSphere MDM (formerly Initiate) applications.

· Implement and enhance Reference Data Management (RDM) processes to ensure data integrity and usability.

· Develop and maintain UNIX/Shell scripts to automate processes and streamline data management tasks.

· Work with Relational databases to support data integration and ensure seamless operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Expertise in IBM InfoSphere MDM (formerly Initiate) and its implementation and maintenance.

· Proficiency in UNIX/Shell scripting for process automation.

· Hands-on experience with Relational databases in a data management context.

· Strong understanding of Reference Data Management (RDM).

Preferred (Optional) Skills:

· Experience with Informatica ETL tools, including PowerCenter.

· Familiarity with Informatica Cloud solutions, such as IDMC and IICS.

· Knowledge of Health Language (Wolters Kluwer) and its applications in data management.
