Responsibilities:

Leads investigations for minor manufacturing Quality deviations and incidents

Identifies/documents root and contributing causes and makes recommendations to correct and/or prevent recurrence

Authors manufacturing process instructions, supporting manufacturing day-to-day tasks/operations.


Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree of Life Sciences or Engineering preferred, with1-2 years experience.

Demonstrated experience in systematic cause analysis methods, including Event & Causal Factor charting, Logic Fault Tree and similar techniques, preferred

Effective facilitation skills.

Strong technical writing skills and ability to synthesize information from multiple SMEs into a coherent, clear and concise narrative.
