A well-established and highly regarded realty company in Chicago is seeking a part-time Office/Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic team. This is a temporary opportunity (2–4 months) offering $20/hour, 20–25 hours per week, and a consistent schedule. The role is fully on-site within a collaborative, fast-paced office environment and offers potential to convert to a permanent position. Mack & Associates provides benefits including medical coverage, PTO, and a 401(k).Responsibilities of the Part-time Office/Admin Assistant:Provide general office and administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothlyOrder and manage office supplies and snacksMaintain a clean, organized kitchen and common areasSupport employee onboarding and offboarding processesPartner with the IT team on basic technical needsManage office vendors and service providersAssist with office equipment issues (such as copy machines)Play a key role in keeping the office organized, efficient, and on trackQualifications of the Part-time Office/Admin Assistant:At least 1 year of relevant office or administrative experience (2–3 years preferred)Prior experience in office administration, coordination, or HR-related tasksReal estate industry experience is a plus, but not requiredStrong organizational skills with keen attention to detailAbility to multitask and adapt quickly in a changing environmentProactive, solution-oriented mindset (Type A personalities thrive in this role)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsReliable, professional, and highly organizedB-1
