Duties


In-Person Session Requirements

As an independent contractor with Luxury Fitness, you are expected to provide high-quality, personalized in-person training sessions that align with our brand’s commitment to excellence. Your responsibilities for in-person sessions would include:


  • Session Preparation: Arrive at least 5 minutes early to your session and fully equipped with equipment (if needed), ensuring all necessary tools for the session are ready and accessible.
  • Client Engagement: Ensure sessions meet Luxury Fitness’s quality standards by engaging clients in exercises that support their fitness goals, based on individual fitness levels and objectives.
  • Professional Presentation: Wearing the Luxury Fitness uniform during sessions is required to maintain a professional and consistent brand image.
  • Safety and Hygiene: Ensure a clean and safe environment, taking care to sanitize equipment before and after use, and adhering to any specific client requests regarding safety.
  • Progress and Feedback Tracking: Collect client feedback during sessions and noting any adjustments or new goals to be documented within the app after each session.
  • Monthly Progress Tracking: Use the Apple Withings Body Scan, provided by Luxury Fitness, to monitor and record client progress on a monthly basis. This tool should be utilized to track key metrics, ensuring clients have a clear view of their progress in alignment with their fitness goals. Recorded data should be updated in the app to maintain accurate records for both trainer and client reference.



Luxury Fitness Trainer App Service Requirements

As part of your role with Luxury Fitness, you are required to utilize the Luxury Fitness Trainer App to streamline client management and ensure consistent service quality. Your responsibilities would include:


  • Session Management: Scheduling client sessions through the app to maintain an organized client calendar.
  • Client Communication: Utilizing the app’s messaging feature to handle all client inquiries to maintain clear, professional communication.
  • Client Lead Management: Accepting or declining new client leads as they are assigned through the app, based on your availability.
  • Progress Tracking: Reviewing client progress as logged in the app, integrating data from fitness trackers (Apple Watch, Fitbit) and body scales (Withings) where applicable.
  • Maintaining Calendar Availability: Keeping your calendar updated in the app weekly to reflect real-time availability for introductory booking ease.
  • App Onboarding: Guiding clients through a seamless and personalized setup process during their first paid session, ensuring they understand all features and can confidently use the app to maximize their training experience.


Requirements

  • Certification in Personal Training from a recognized organization.
  • Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics.
  • Experience in program design tailored to various fitness levels.
  • Background in physical education or related field is preferred.
  • Ability to lead couples fitness sessions effectively.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate clients.
  • Previous experience in fitness sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • A passion for health and wellness with a commitment to helping others succeed.
