Braustin Homes was established in early 2017 as the first virtual mobile home dealership in the United States. Using technology such as Virtual Reality, 3D homes tours, and custom software, our team makes the process of buying a manufactured home safer, easier, and less expensive. Working with families across the state of Texas and New Mexico, we help home buyers shop for and purchase a new mobile home entirely online and over the phone.

Sr. Technical Product Manager

We thrive on all thing's technology. As a Sr. Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of innovative software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high quality software solutions in a timely manner.



Role Responsibilities

· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and meticulously document software requirements and their constituent components.

· Maintain and update detailed roadmaps outlining software deliverable and their associated timelines.

· Forge strong partnerships with design and engineering teams, ensuring seamless coordination for timely delivery of product features and enhancements.

· Aid in evaluating development capacity across all teams essential for software delivery.

· Ensure alignment between engineering efforts and overarching business objectives.

· Helps prioritize and oversees product backlog and releases.

· Operate effectively in ambiguity. Apply process where it creates value, and design process where needed. Recognize the situation where each approach is most appropriate.



Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Proficient with or able to quickly learn the software and applications used in the organization and the industry.
  • Proven experience as a Sr. Technical Product Manager or similar role in software development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
  • Demonstrate ability to prioritize competing demands and manager multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in the software industry, particularly in SaaS or enterprise software, is a plus.
