Senior Sales Director

1.Responsible for developing new customers and orders for apparel brands, retailers, and agents in North America.
2.Familiar with the North American clothing market, understand customer needs, and drive the company's design and development team to develop new products.
3.Familiar with the supplier in the clothing manufacturing industry, with the ability to independently develop markets, maintain and develop good cooperative relationships with customers, responsible for exploring customers and any other FOB customers.
4.Familiar with Ross/TJMaxx/Burlington men’s clothing buyers.
5.Responsible for promoting the company's products in the North American market, establishing the brand, and responsible for customer development, maintenance, and management.
6. Facilitate the delivery of company orders and coordinate relevant issues during the order process.
Job requirements:
1. More than 10 years of work experience in clothing business, procurement, and supply chain, with senior management experience or network resources;
2. Understand the market trends and product safety requirements of North American clothing brands, be familiar with textile fabrics and clothing production procedures, and have a certain understanding of product technology and quality.
3. Has good communication and coordination skills and a team spirit, able to adapt to work pressure.
4. Has a keen sense of business and market awareness, strong ability to analyze and solve problems, excellent resource integration ability, business promotion ability, and service awareness;
