This is a full-time hybrid role, located at ACACIA Facility Services in Coatesville, PA, with flexibility for some remote work. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our services, conducting market research, managing social media and email marketing, providing customer service, and supporting the sales team.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in market research, sales, and marketing strategy
• Ability to create and manage quality digital content and media for marketing purposes
• Demonstrated customer service and team collaboration skills
• Ability to analyze data to develop and refine marketing strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration
• Experience in the commercial facilities management or related industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
