The particular opportunity is on the team of a partner I placed years ago at firm, who remains beyond happy with the move. There is plenty of work to go around.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in the formation and administration of private investment funds.

Proficiency in navigating the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and other pertinent federal securities statutes is preferred.


In addition to mentorship and sophisticated work, the firm prides itself on their culture. The people are what really "sells" the platform.
