Phoenix Behavioral Health Services has an opening for a Master level, outpatient therapist to work in our Two Rivers clinic location. This position is perfect for a self-motivated individual with strong clinical skills, a positive growth-orientated personality, and organizational skills with the ability to maintain professional records.


This position works with people of all ages but has a primary focus on children and adolescents. The candidate should have an emphasis on prevention and strategies for managing behaviors, cognition, and emotions. Promote self-awareness, social-awareness, mental well-being, and personal care and development.


Qualifications:

CAPSW, LCSW, LPC, LPC-IT, LMFT, MFT-Trainee or Licensed Psychologist

Strong Clinical skills

Positive, growth-oriented personality

Organized, with the ability to maintain professional records

Desire to obtain clinical expertise through continuing education and case collaboration

Experience assessing and treating substance use disorders Commitment & eagerness to grow a thriving clinical practice


Requirements:

Develop & implement treatment plans

Counsel clients individually or in group sessions

Counsel family members to assist them in understanding, dealing with, or supporting clients

Maintain client-related paperwork, including federal- and state-mandated forms, client diagnostic records, treatment plans/reviews, and progress notes.

Submit necessary paperwork to Billing/Collections department

Maintain confidentiality

Perform crisis interventions with clients, including risk of suicide

Ability to identify when a referral of patients, clients, or family members is needed and to make referral to community resources or specialists as necessary

Continue in your professional growth, Maintain continuing education requirements and an unrestricted license
