Overview:

Straive is on the lookout for intelligent and dynamic individuals to expand our InDesign team. We are seeking candidates who have exposure to publishing and digital content creation, with an inclination towards design, graphics, or related fields. Responsibilities:

• Design and Layout: Utilize Adobe InDesign to craft and structure both print and digital publications.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with editorial and design teams to understand and implement pagination and layout requirements.
• Quality Control: Proofread and review layouts to guarantee accuracy and consistency. Identify and correct any discrepancies to maintain the highest standards of quality.
• File Management: Efficiently manage InDesign files and maintain project archives, ensuring smooth operations and easy access to historical data.

Eligibility:

• Experience: Applicants should have 0 to 1 year(s) of experience working with Adobe InDesign, with basic understanding of layout design principles.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Adobe InDesign, while experience in Photoshop and Illustrator is an advantage.

Skills:

• Attention to Detail: The ability to notice and correct inaccuracies in content and design.
• Planning and Execution: Effective planning and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Able to execute tasks from concept through completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Collaboration & Layout Design: Experience working with teams to create a finished product.
