Must Have’s:

  • 7+ years of experience in IAM space
  • Preferable someone who is/was an IAM technical engineer but strong in documentation and communication so they can work functionally in a BA role.
  • Strong, in-depth understanding of IAM functions such as authentication, privilege, access controls, etc.
  • Experience with CyberArk and SailPoint IDN
  • Must be a techno-functional resource who understands the tools, understand the account structure and translate the requirements to engineers.
  • Understanding of key controls and how they impact the business from an operational or systems perspective

Plusses:

  • SOX and general control knowledge
  • Security software or internal IT audit experience a plus
  • Experience with enterprise systems (Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft) a plus

Description:

This Business Analyst will be brought on to support an Insight Global client’s global Identity and Access Management program within their Information Security organization. We are looking for a strong technical resource who comes from a background in IAM engineering, fully understanding CyberArk and SailPoint IDN.


This person will be responsible for interfacing with the business, understanding their needs and the equivalent cybersecurity concepts, and work as the liaison between the business and security verticals. A key trait for this role is understanding the web of technologies and how the changes in production affect the lines of business, so communication, documentation, and attention to detail will be crucial.
