Position:

The Quality Manager implements and executes inspection, testing, and evaluation methods to ensure that products adhere closely to company standards and customer requirements. Through a continuous process of controlling, monitoring and improving quality, the Quality Manager ensures consistent product excellence.

What You Will Do:

Upgrade and improve the quality system through active collaboration with internal and external customers to achieve quality performance goals

Monitor and maintain quality goals and collaborate with other departments to maximize product reliability while minimizing costs

Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the Quality function

Act as a management representative for Quality with authority and responsibility for ensuring quality system requirements are effectively maintained

Manage customer interaction concerning the quality of products and processes

Qualifications, partial list:

Bachelors and/or Master’s degree in related field

5 or more years in quality assurance managerial or supervisory roles in a manufacturing environment

Demonstrated record of establishment or improvement of a quality system or program, policies and procedures

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing skills, strongly preferred

Bilingual preferred English / Spanish

Experienced in ISO 9001 environment HIGHLY preferred
