Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Digital Enablement Client Partner at Cooperative Computing. The Digital Enablement Client Partner will be responsible for developing and growing new clients. The role is located in Plano, TX, with flexibility for some remote work.


Expected Outcomes

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital enablement strategies for clients, facilitating their transition into digitally mature organizations. 
  • Actively engage in business development, leveraging your expertise in digital enablement to attract new clients and grow existing relationships. 
  • Develop and execute targeted digital strategies that lead to tangible client benefits such as increased revenue, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. 
  • Ensure superior client experiences are created and repeated throughout the client lifecycle. 
  • Effectively present and communicate the Digital Maturity Experience strategy and execution plans to clients. 
  • Effectively integrate and present key digital enablement metrics and insights in executive dashboards, aiding C-suite decision-making and strategic alignment. 


Capabilities

  • Proven experience in leading digital enablement projects, with a focus on client issues and solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for effective stakeholder engagement. 
  • Capability to coordinate various aspects of projects, ensuring seamless execution from assessment to strategy formulation. 
  • Demonstrated agility in adopting new technologies and adapting strategies to evolving market trends, ensuring continuous digital leadership. 
  • Accountability for achieving targeted growth goals for Cooperative Computing and our clients.
  • Strong analytical skills for financial management, including cost-benefit analysis and pricing strategies. 
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in roles managing profitable projects and delivering client-focused solutions. 
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field; Master’s degree or professional certifications in digital technologies or project management are advantageous.
