We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager to join our team focused on enterprise retail solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the product strategy, managing the product backlog, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional API and UI features. You will work closely with stakeholders to define requirements, write user stories, and create a clear product roadmap that aligns with our business objectives.
Product Manager Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision:
- Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy for our enterprise retail solutions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to gather insights and prioritize features that deliver maximum value.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding product-related queries and updates.
Backlog Management:
- Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog that reflects stakeholder needs and aligns with strategic goals.
- Ensure that backlog items are well-defined, estimated, and ready for development.
User Story Development:
- Write clear, concise user stories that capture the needs and requirements of end-users.
- Work with UX/UI designers to ensure user stories are aligned with the overall user experience.
Roadmap Creation:
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key milestones and deliverables.
- Communicate the roadmap to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing to define go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
Performance Monitoring:
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular reviews and adapt the product strategy based on user insights and market dynamics.
Product Manager Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Experience:
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in enterprise retail or a related industry.
- Strong experience with APIs and UI development.
Skills:
- Proficient in writing user stories and managing product backlogs using Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with experience in defining and measuring KPIs.
The compensation range for this position is $60.00 to $70.00
(dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
