Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the HR Manager to strategically develop and execute comprehensive recruiting plans that cater to the unique needs of each corporation entity.
- Work closely with department heads to thoroughly understand the skills and competencies required for each position.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding, as approved by the HR Manager.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize modern recruitment tools and innovative strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
- Ensure that all recruitment practices comply with applicable laws and corporate policies.
- Represent Wannamaker Management Corporation at industry recruitment events and job fairs, building and strengthening our reputation as a premier employer.
- Partner with the HR team to continuously refine and improve recruitment tactics and efficiency.
- Unwavering commitment to ethical recruitment practices and discretion.
- Maintain a consistent and reliable attendance record.

- Work closely with the HR Manager to contribute to the hiring process, including reviewing candidates, conducting interviews, and making final hiring decisions.

Education/Experience:
- A minimum of an Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field is strongly preferred. However, highly skilled individuals with equivalent professional experience may also be considered as suitable candidates. Relevant and extensive hands-on experience can be substituted for a formal degree.
- Demonstrable experience in recruitment is essential, as well as a robust track record of successfully and promptly filling roles across diverse disciplines.
- Proficient in utilizing HR software, social media platforms, and other advanced recruitment technologies and strategies to enhance the recruitment process and candidate experience.
