General Job Description
The Mechanical/ Electric Engineer is responsible for Evaluating, Conceptualizing, Designing, and Implementing Machines and Processes to Extend Machinery Life and Reduce Machinery Downtime.

Total Quality management is a joint effort of management and associates in order to exceed customer satisfaction levels.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze Breakdowns for Root Cause Failure.
- Design and Implement Solutions for Root Cause Failures.
- Design and Implement PM Procedures to eliminate Machinery Failures.
- Evaluate and Upgrade Current Maintenance PM Program.
- Offer Technical Expertise to Maintenance Supervisors and Technicians.
- Work with Contractors on Mechanical Projects.
- Perform and Supervise Maintenance Mechanical Projects and Repairs.
- Reduction of Utility Costs by PM implementation and Mechanical Repairs.
- Perform Equipment and Process Troubleshooting to Resolve Issues.
- Provide Input for the Maintenance Budget.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or Related Field.
- 2-5 years’ Experience Working in an Engineering Field.
- Experience using CAD Software such as Solid Works, AutoCAD, or similar.
Preferred/Desired:
- Knowledge of Fluid Mechanics, Thermodynamics, and other Mechanical Engineering Concepts.
- Experience with Programmable Logic Controller handling (Mitsubishi Q series).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional Technical and Problem-Solving Skills.
- Ability to Communicate effectively and clearly.
- Boiler, Steam, Air Compressor, and other Utility Background.
- Have a strong desire for personal and professional development
