Our client is an organization in the greater Milwaukee area looking for an FP&A Manager. Our client is looking for someone with 5+ years of experience, a desire to learn and grow, and strong attention to detail. This company has a strong brand, growth opportunities and hybrid work environment


The salary for this position is $100k-130k. + Bonus


The FP&A Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the financial planning and analysis function for a business unit.
  • Develop financial models to streamline processes and make decisions.
  • Analyze cost and communicate findings to management.
  • Lead financial modeling of new product development projects.
  • Lead weekly and monthly P&L forecasting process.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process.
  • Review general ledger account postings for accuracy.
  • Prepare month end closing as needed.
  • Complete financial analyses.
  • Prepare reports as needed.
  • Continuously improve processes.
  • Work closely with plant finance leads to understand activity and impact results.
  • Ad hoc projects as needed.



The FP&A Manager will possess the following:



EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or closely related field.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • CPA, CFA, or CMA preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
