Law Offices of Sonja B. Selami, P.C. is seeking to hire a professional, organized, and motivated individual who strives in a busy, fast paced environment. The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of experience in residential real estate law and has a strong book of business they will bring with them.We have three office locations – Boston, Wellesley, and Lexington. This position will be based in our Wellesley office with travel to our other office locations on an as needed basis.Must be a member of the Massachusetts Bar. Willing to offer very competitive pay and commission structure based on incoming business.Responsibilities include:Conducting closings on behalf of buyers and lendersDrafting and negotiating Purchase and Sale Agreements and various closing documentsReviewing title exams and troubleshooting any possible title issuesWorking with real estate agents, attorneys, lenders, and clients to ensure smooth closing processesRequirements:MA Bar license3-4 years experience in residential real estate lawReliable transportationPortable book of business
