  • s.Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure accurate scope definitio
  • n.Develop and maintain comprehensive budgets, schedules, and bid package
  • s.Evaluate subcontractor bids and negotiate pricing to align with project goals and budget

  • nsProven experience as a Preconstruction Estimator in the construction industr
  • y.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project plannin
  • g.Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore, PlanSwift) and Microsoft Office Suit
