  • Enhance financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Demonstrated hands-on skills with the ability to manage a team.
  • Strong understanding that timeliness and accuracy are critical to the role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Over 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Expert financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau.
  • Excellent communication, presentation (including PowerPoint), and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a results-driven mindset.
