The HealthCare Analyst Role:

As a key member of the Growth Team, the Healthcare Analyst plays a pivotal role in collaborating with leadership to develop and deliver comprehensive assessments, encompassing practice optimization, market assessment, and growth analysis within the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities include gathering and cleaning data from diverse sources, analyzing large datasets to identify trends and opportunities, and conducting market segmentation and competitive analysis. The analyst translates data insights into actionable recommendations, supporting strategic initiatives and business objectives. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth strategies and enhance market positioning .

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Analysis and Planning:

• Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic plans and initiatives aimed at driving growth and optimizing operations within the healthcare sector.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of current practices, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision-making.

Practice Optimization:

• Analyze operational processes, workflows, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and practice optimization.
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency, quality of care, and patient satisfaction.

Market Assessment:

• Evaluate market trends, patient demographics, and competitive positioning to identify growth opportunities and market expansion strategies.
• Conduct market segmentation analysis to target specific patient populations and optimize marketing efforts.

Growth Analysis:

• Analyze financial data, revenue streams, and performance indicators to assess growth opportunities and potential risks.
• Develop growth forecasts and models to support strategic planning and resource allocation decisions.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Utilize advanced analytical techniques and tools to analyze healthcare data, extract insights, and generate actionable recommendations.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, operations, and clinical staff, to implement growth strategies and initiatives.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and provide analytical support to support cross-functional projects and initiatives.

PERSON REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis, data modeling, and visualization tools (e.g., Python, SQL, Tableau).
• In-depth understanding of healthcare systems, market dynamics, and regulatory environment.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or consulting within the healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results through influence and persuasion.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
• Certification in healthcare analytics, project management, or related areas is a plus.
