Full time on site - Bethesda, MD

6-6 core hours, Most refresh techs on the team work 10-6 schedule - flex though. Maintenance hours start at 8pm, so a few nights a week one week a month they will do the actual replacements.

Salary: $32-$40.50


Day to day:

  • Address day-to-day refresh requirements with Team
  • Configure network devices to client’s standards
  • Create change requests for refresh maintenance tasks
  • Update tickets and perform tasks with the SLA’s
  • Coordinate refresh maintenance tasks with customers and users and provide updates
  • Perform requirements gathering for refresh maintenance tasks


Must Haves:

  • High School Diploma
  • 3+ years of network refresh support experience and Rack and Stack equipment
  • 3+ years uploading IOS to network devices
  • Familiarity with Cisco Nexus, Cisco Catalyst switches, and APC UPS management.
