Who We Are: iO Automate

Our new Business Process Automation division empowers imageOne’s customers by implementing innovative solutions that streamline and optimize their complex business workflows. Our team captures data and content, processes it through automation technologies, and seamlessly integrates these solutions into existing systems.

What will your Responsibilities be?

  • Troubleshoot customer processes and software issues
  • Expert in core products and services
  • Manages complex software implementation projects with successful outcomes
  • Executes project timelines as outlined in the Project Plan and provides time estimates for billing
  • Demonstrates a proactive approach to learning, problem-solving, and asking questions
  • Maintains required technical certifications for all systems


What do you need to have?

  • 3 years experience in a consultative technical role
  • 3 years experience in project management
  • Knowledge of critical business processes across industries
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Software certifications in relevant technologies are preferred but not required
