Senior Payroll Analyst

VENTEON Finance is hiring a SENIOR PAYROLL ANALYST to work in Wixom, MI. You will perform processing of high volume, multi state payroll. Full cycle responsibility from timesheet processing through paycheck production.

POSITION TYPE: Full time, Direct hire, in office. PAY: $ 80,000 to $90,000 annual plus PTO and benefits package

Requirements of the Senior Payroll Analyst:

· A college degree is highly desired, not required. Payroll certifications are a plus.

· 7+ years of high volume (2,000+ paychecks) , multistate payroll experience required.

· Payroll Manager or Leader for a minimum of 3 years.

· Knowledgeable in payroll taxes and laws.

· Experience with Payroll software Oracle is required.

Duties of the Senior Payroll Analyst:

• Setup and maintain employee information in the system.
• Take part in processing high volume multi state payroll by processing timesheets and salary payments following company processes.
• Assist in the delegation and completion of work activities. Oversee the work of the payroll team.
• Manage time and attendance. Calculate paid time off.
• Ensure proper application of all taxes, deductions, and garnishments.
• Provide direct support for payroll related concerns and address elevated issues.
• Take part in compensation programs.
• Analyze payroll operations and make recommendations for improved processes where needed.
• Assist the HR Manager with benefit administration, processing of garnishment and deduction payments and the 401k plan. Produce payroll related reporting
