Control Engineer

Join our Industrial Automation & Machine Control team, focusing on engineering, design, programming, and testing of electrical control systems for automated equipment. Embrace continuous personal and professional growth.
Responsibilities:
- Implement controls design and develop electrical schematics.
- Modify PLC/HMI programs and conduct hardware/software debugging.
- Deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
- Support team development and assist in issue resolution.
- Provide field and installation support as required.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
- Adapt to flexible work schedules and travel as needed.
- Maintain engineering standards and ISO processes.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Experience in PLC programming and industrial networking.
- Basic knowledge of Physics, Fluid Dynamics, and Process Control Analysis.
- Understanding of electrical engineering principles and standards.
- IT skills in ERP, word processing, spreadsheets, and MS Project.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum five years' experience in automated process equipment.
- Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies is desirable.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
