Job Summary:

The Maintenance Planner is responsible for coordinating, planning, and scheduling all facilities, maintenance, and calibration activities. This role collaborates with maintenance supervisors, supply chain, and operations to ensure that preventive maintenance, facilities management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all preventive maintenance, calibration, and facility management activities to support production and operations without disruption.
• Benchmark cost reductions related to materials, equipment, and cost improvements, collaborating with other sites as needed.
• Balance resource utilization and assign resources accordingly, maintaining efficient use of time and personnel.
• Maintain and update preventive and predictive maintenance systems (e.g., Maximo, SAP), ensuring equipment status and configurations are compliant and up to date.
• Perform field checks for maintenance work orders, estimate labor and materials needed, prepare schematics, material lists, and safety protocols, and complete necessary documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Up to 3 years of relevant experience in maintenance or facilities planning.
• Experience with Maximo and SAP systems for managing maintenance activities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with supply chain, operations, and vendors.
• Ability to analyze maintenance data, estimate time for work orders, and implement cost reduction initiatives.
