Role Description

This is a contract role for a Personal Trainer at The Ave in Greenwich, CT. The Personal Trainer will be responsible for providing fitness instruction, conducting circuit training sessions, offering sports coaching, and creating personalized exercise programs for clients on-site.


Qualifications

  • Nutrition and Personal Training skills
  • Fitness Instruction and Circuit Training expertise
  • Sports Coaching abilities
  • Experience in developing personalized nutrition programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Certification in Personal Training or related field
  • Passion for fitness and helping individuals achieve their goals
  • Previous experience working with athletes is a plus
