Director of Lodging and Marketing

Position Summary:

Colbert Hills Golf Course is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to oversee our fantastic 8-bedroom lodge, while providing key marketing aspects for our entire operation. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional hospitality management skills while having a passion for guest satisfaction, and strong attention to detail. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, ensuring highest-quality service, coordinating with cleaning teams and maintaining the lodge’s overall efficiency and excellence. Primary Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

·        Ensure customer satisfaction while maximizing lodging revenue and profitability.

·        Produce an efficient and effortless booking experience for all customers.

·        Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns both digital and traditional to promote the golf course and its services.

·        Track lodge occupancy and financial trends to provide future budgeting and operational planning.

·        Develop, execute, and gather data for a range of reports including annual sales strategies, competitive pricing analysis, quarterly and yearly lodging targets, and projections.

·        Manage and create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content.

·        Stay in constant communication with patrons to provide any updated golf course closures and/or operation changes. 

·        Complete Banquet Event Orders and Reservation Forms with a detailed outline which will be provided to the customer and the Colbert Hills management team.

·        Oversee the maintenance and content strategy for the course’s website and social media platforms, ensuring they are up-to-date, engaging, and effective in reaching our target audience.

·        Responsible for overall lodge cleanliness, housekeeping, and janitorial needs.

Job Requirements

·        Must be an extremely organized individual.

·        Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Marketing or Three years of management preferred.
