We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Asset Management Analyst. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and managing real estate assets to optimize performance and ensure strategic objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis of real estate assets, including valuation and performance metrics.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize the value of the real estate portfolio.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve overall business objectives.
- Assist in the oversight of construction activities across the portfolio.
- From time-to-time, help to underwrite and assess purchase opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in real estate asset management.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
