Train and Nourish is a women-only strength training studio seeking an experienced personal trainer at any of our locations (West Chester, Ardmore, Fishtown and Fairmount)
About the Role
This is an independent contractor (1099) position within our appointment-based personal training model.
Our studio currently has consistent client demand, making this an excellent opportunity for a coach who wants to grow their book fast

Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one strength training sessions
- Design and adjust programs using progressive overload principles
- Coach proper lifting technique and movement mechanics
- Track client progress and evolve programming appropriately
- Maintain professional communication with clients
- Option to run small group classes with 10 women, circuit style
Requirements
- Certified Personal Trainer (NCAA accredited certification required) *cannot be expired
- Strong foundation in strength training and anatomy
- Experience coaching women of varying experience levels
- Bright personality and excellent communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable using technology for scheduling and team communication
- Values professionalism and long-term client relationships
- CPR/AED certification
Compensation
- $25–$55 per hour depending on session volume
- Performance-based monthly bonus opportunities
- Additional coach incentive opportunities available
