Senior Financial Analyst, Wheaton, IL

LHH is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst in Wheaton, IL that will report to a Director of Finance. This position requires a minimum of five years of experience in financial planning and analysis. The company is hybrid, promotes from within and offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities of Senior Financial Analyst:

• Monthly Financials including full P&L and Balance Sheet
• Analyze key performance indicators KPI’s including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures
• Annual Budgeting and Monthly and Quarterly Forecasting
• Variance Analysis and Dashboard Reporting
• Work closely with Senior Management and help impact business
• Perform other duties and participates in special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of five years of financial planning and analysis
• Strong Excel including pivots and v-lookups
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, attentive to detail, must be able to work independently and in a team environment, prioritize work load in a timely manner, and be able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
