Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Center-Based


About the Role:

We are seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a center-based role working with children aged 2-7 years. This position is not in a school setting. The role involves a schedule of 4 days in the office and 1 remote day, with flexible hours available for both part-time and full-time options. You will manage a caseload of up to 10 children and collaborate closely with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs).


Responsibilities:

- Assess, develop, monitor, and oversee treatment and behavior plans for children up to 6 years old with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

- Ensure all treatment plans adhere to the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.

- Supervise Behavior Technicians, providing training, support, and evaluations.

- Collaborate with and train the parents of the children, maintaining ongoing communication.


Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in psychology, behavior analysis, or a related field.

- Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.

- Willingness to obtain licensure in the state of Maryland.

- Ability to engage effectively with a diverse team and client base.
