Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a VP of Finance at Terranea Resort in Palos Verdes Peninsula, CA. The VP of Finance will be responsible for leading all aspects of luxury resort financial planning, preparing financial statements, conducting financial analysis, and overseeing financial reporting. They will collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement financial strategies, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The VP of Finance will also provide guidance and support to the finance team, monitor financial performance, and make strategic recommendations to enhance profitability and efficiency.

• Hospitality and Resort Experience
• Financial Planning, Financial Statements, and Financial Reporting skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience in finance and financial management
• Capital and operational planning
• Ownership and lender relations
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Certifications such as CPA or CFA are a plus
• Luxury hospitality experience preferred
