SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Supply Chain and Production Analyst. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of supply chain operations and production processes. This role involves analyzing data, identifying trends, optimizing production workflows, and enhancing overall supply chain efficiency.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Analyze supply chain data to identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
  • Monitor production schedules, inventory levels, and supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, and manufacturing to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain production forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and customer demand.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to address supply chain disruptions and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Assist in the implementation of new systems and technologies to enhance supply chain visibility and automate manual processes.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
  • Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on supply chain processes, tools, and methodologies.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in supply chain analysis, production planning, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles, including inventory management, demand forecasting, and logistics.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain management software is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality of work.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
