A healthcare provider is seeking experienced RPSGTs or RTs to work at a site located in White Plains. This role will provide sleep services on a Full-Time basis from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Competitive hourly rates available, depending on experience and patient ratio.

The organization is a prominent provider of sleep laboratory management services and sleep therapy. They collaborate with hospitals and physician practices to offer comprehensive, fully-integrated services for patient identification, testing, diagnosis, treatment, and long-term care management of individuals with sleep disorders.

Responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating tests and collecting data
• Preparing equipment, recording activities, and analyzing results
• Following proper polysomnographic procedures, including the use of electrodes, sensors, calibration of equipment, and fitting of airway pressure masks
• Analyzing (scoring) clinical events, such as respiratory and cardiac episodes, and tabulating final data to be submitted for further review
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and laws concerning safety control

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or higher education level
• Completion of an accredited Polysomnography program
• Certified by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) or certified as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RT)
• Current BCLS certification
• Vaccination and immunization records or titers may be required

Additional Notes:

• $25 to $34 an hour
