We're seeking an experienced attorney licensed in California with 2-5 years of experience to join our clients team. You'll handle insurance defense matters throughout the state, including bodily injury, premises liability, auto/trucking collisions, wrongful death, and/or catastrophic injury cases. Bar licenses in additional jurisdictions are a plus, and jury trial experience (first or second chair) is ideal.

Job Duties Include:

  • Handling litigation matters from inception through trial with minimal supervision.
  • Conducting discovery, site inspections, depositions, expert retention, expert discovery, and settlement.
  • Independently handling court appearances, depositions, and hearings.
  • Collaborating with a team to accomplish client and firm objectives.

  • Billable Hours: 1920.
  • Unlimited PTO.
  • Monthly bonus: $500 to $1500.
