We are hiring a Residency Sales Counselor at the award-winning Arlington of Naples

Then, this opportunity is for you The Arlington of Naples, an exceptional Life Plan community just 15 minutes from both Downtown Naples and Marco Island, has a rare opportunity available for a Senior Living Sales Counselor. In this position, you will work directly with prospects to educate them on the benefits of living at The Arlington.
A normal day will consist of connecting with prospects via phone and online, in person visits and tours, assisting with on, and offsite marketing events, reviewing prospect applications, reviewing community information with prospects, and working with a great team

To be a success, you will need proven sales and closing skills, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Previous experience in senior living Life Plan sales is highly desired, as is experience working with a leads database. You must be detail oriented and enjoy working with seniors and their families.
