Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Service Writer to join our team at M Offroad. The Service Writer plays a vital role in our daily operations by ensuring a seamless experience for our customers, from initial inquiry to the completion of their service needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Schedule service appointments, ensuring optimal time management for the team and customers.
  • Prepare detailed service estimates, providing transparency and clarity for the customer.
  • Order parts and coordinate their availability to meet service timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of service transactions, customer details, and repair histories.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

These are the core responsibilities, but additional tasks may be assigned as needed, not limited to those listed.

Qualifications
