Position Overview: We are seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager to join the growing U.S. sales team, focused on expanding the dealership network. Reporting directly to the Owner and President, the Regional Sales Manager will manage existing accounts, develop new dealership relationships, and drive overall sales growth within their assigned region. This role requires a proactive and strategic sales rep who can identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with dealers, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Location: East Coast of the United States, with preference to NJ, NY, PA, or FL

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Development & Growth:

  • Prospect and establish at least 12 new dealerships annually.
  • Achieve 5%-10% annual growth from existing dealership accounts.
  • Travel within your territory at least 50% of the time.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing dealerships through responsive and strategic support.
  • Execute complete sales cycles from lead generation to contract negotiation and finalization.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Provide consistent sales forecasts, performance metrics, and market insights to senior management.
  • Track and report progress toward sales targets and quotas.

Collaboration:

  • Coordinate closely with internal teams for successful product launches and promotional initiatives.
  • Share market feedback to inform continuous product and service enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven sales experience, ideally in home improvement, building materials, machinery, or related industries.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of territory management experience.
  • Experience in a structured sales environment with a focus on CRM usage and sales process adherence.
  • Strong hunting skills with the ability to close deals and bring new business onboard.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proven ability to work independently, maintain structure, and manage substantial travel (approximately 50% travel required).
  • Strategic, responsive, and results-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication skills; proficiency in French or additional languages is beneficial.
