This position includes managing and enhancing our partnerships by owning the relationships with partners and their sales groups. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Sales Enablement, ensuring that our partners are fully supported and satisfied with communications and processes. This role demands a proactive approach to maintaining a regular meeting cadence with partners, handling leadership escalations, and fostering strong, personalized relationships with each partner and their leaders.


Core Responsibilities


● Own and nurture the relationships with our partners and their sales groups.

Understand the unique aspects of each partner's relationship with the company, including pay scales and specific agreements.

● Lead and manage all sales enablement initiatives for partner sales groups to ensure they have the necessary tools, resources, and training to succeed.

● Establish and maintain a regular schedule of meetings with partners and their leadership teams to discuss performance, gather feedback, and align on goals and strategies.

● Serve as the primary point of contact for leadership escalations within the supported groups, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and effectively.

● Travel to markets to meet with partners and their teams and ensure satisfaction with a market.

● Actively gather feedback from partners to inform internal process improvements and advocate for changes that enhance partner success.

● Work closely with other Sales Success Managers and teams across the company to harmonize processes and share best practices.

● Collaborate with coordinators to ensure that all partner-related tickets and requests are addressed quickly and efficiently.

● Ensure timely and effective responses to all partner communications.

● Understand unique circumstances within your assigned Partner’s markets including, but not limited to, licensing and permitting requirements.

● Advocate for the sales group while also maintaining good relationships with all internal groups including housing, sales payroll, licensing, field operations and any other departments.


Qualifications

● Proven experience in sales, partnership management, or a related field.

● Strong understanding of sales processes and sales enablement strategies.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal Skills.

● Ability to manage multiple partner relationships effectively.

● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage escalations.

● Willingness to travel as needed to support partner relationships.

● Experience working with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
