Title: Maintenance Manager (Facilities & Maintenance)



Job Duties:

  • Oversee and manage the maintenance of all machinery and facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for equipment and facilities.
  • Coordinate with production and operations teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to production.
  • Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards in maintenance activities.
  • Position will be hands-on and 80% equipment maintenance and 20% facilities maintenance




Qualifications:

  • Minimally 10+ years experience in hands-on maintenance and facilities in addition to oversight or leading of a maintenance team
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor/Manager, preferably in manufacturing
  • Blend of electromechanical aptitude with hands-on experience - not just oversight
  • Well-rounded engineering background
