Contract Corporate Recruiter

Hybrid – Contract Recruiter (2 days a week onsite, 3 days a week remote).

Location: Roselle, IL

The Contract Recruiter is responsible for ongoing recruiting efforts to directly support hourly and professional level positions. This is a hybrid (2 days onsite and 3 days remotely) position managing the full life cycle recruitment from job posting to facilitating onboarding. The role is critical in sourcing and attracting prospects, managing candidate and new hire experience and building relationship with business stakeholders. This position reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition.

Job Duties:

• Develops pipeline of both active and passive candidates in niche areas as determined by market needs and business strategies.
• Maintains ongoing communication with hiring manager, Director of Talent Acquisition and any relevant parties on the status of active positions and respective candidates.
• Conducts intake call with hiring managers to understand the department needs and manager expectations.
• Partners with hiring managers to adequately define job specifications and requirements.
• Develops and executes sourcing strategy while leveraging all recruiting outlets.
• Conducts phone screens, manages interview process, and coordinates interview debriefs while providing a consultative value.
• Offer guidance and facilitate negotiation process through its completion.
• Focuses on candidate experience while being highly responsive to both candidates and hiring managers.
• Promotes the Company culture and brand through effective and positive business representation and communication.
• Ability to navigate through ATS (BalanceTrak) for all aspects of the applicant tracking process including moving candidates through the recruiting workflow.

Experience & Skills Required:

• At least 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience for professional and industrial positions.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience (mix of corporate recruiting and staffing agency experience).
• Experience in BalanceTrak system strongly desired, or other equivalent ATS systems.
• Possesses outstanding interpersonal, written, oral communication, listening, and influencing skills.
• Ability to interact and consult with senior management.
• Proven ability to prioritize workload while multi-tasking and meeting deadlines.
• Adaptable, flexible, can flourish in a high-paced work environment.
• Proactive and solutions oriented, takes initiative, and follows through.
