Position: Mortgage Loan Originator (Company-Provided Leads – 12+ Live Transfers Daily)

Location: Remote or On-Site | Full-Time

Overview:

BluPrint Home Loans is actively seeking experienced and motivated Mortgage Loan Originators who are ready to thrive in a high-volume, lead-supported environment. This is a unique opportunity to focus on conversion and client experience with a consistent daily flow of qualified live transfer leads (average 12+ per day). Our originators are supported by strong internal processes, advanced technology, and a dedicated operations team to help you close more deals—faster.

Essential Job Functions:

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain an active Mortgage Loan Originator License (NMLS).
  • Handle a consistent volume of inbound live transfer leads and company-generated inquiries.
  • Maintain production at or above the following thresholds:
  • Full-Time Loan Originator: $1,750,000 in closed loan volume or 9+ closed transactions per quarter.
  • Complete and submit high-quality loan applications, including accurate 1003s and supporting documentation (income, assets, liabilities, credit).
  • Guide borrowers through the loan process with professionalism and clarity.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and partners throughout the loan lifecycle.
  • Present and recommend mortgage loan products based on borrowers' financial goals.
  • Provide follow-up communication and proactive support to applicants via phone, text, and email.

Lead Support & Marketing:

  • Daily access to 12+ live transfer leads and high-intent marketing-generated opportunities.
  • Focused on conversion and service, not self-generation.
  • CRM and marketing automation tools provided for lead management and follow-up.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven ability to structure and sell mortgage loans effectively.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong time management.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus, but not required.

  • Occasional overtime or travel may be required.
