Email Marketing Specialist/Graphic Designer

Through email and digital marketing, graphic design and effective implementation of marketing campaigns, this role is responsible for driving brand awareness, as well as increased revenue and traffic to our company websites.

Job Description:

Develop and design weekly email campaigns for our websites and retail locations

Design visually appealing and responsive email templates, layouts, and graphics.

Design supporting graphics for weekly campaigns such as web banners, heroes, ads and more

Create and edit sales materials, advertisements, tradeshow graphics, banners or any other design work as needed

Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates the intended message.

Stay up-to-date on design trends and tools to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.

Write headlines and other supporting copy for campaigns

Continually work to optimize emails and company websites for best practices and customer experience

Manage and segment email lists for targeted and personalized communication.

Understand the performance of an email by reviewing campaign analytics

Upload/update product data, pricing and other content to websites, especially in correlation to campaigns

Perform various tasks as requested

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of Print and Digital graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Photoshop
• Experience with building email campaigns in Klavyio or other email marketing platforms
• Effective time and resource management skills with the ability to plan ahead, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities with flexibility
• Well organized and have attention to detail
• Ability to travel if needed (2-3x per year)
• Knowledge of computer programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Strong proofreading and editing skills
• Experience in shooting sports or outdoor industry, with firearm and ammunition knowledge a plus
• Photography skills a plus
• Experience using WordPress, Magento and/or Big Commerce a plus
